Refunds are only available for paid hosting plans (e.g., Premium, Reseller, Limitless).

Free hosting plans (Launchpad) are not eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees.
- SSL certificates.

Add-on services(e.g., backup services, dedicated IPs).

Services purchased during promotional periods(unless otherwise stated).
3. How to Request a Refund

- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment

5. Service Termination
Upon approval of a refund, your hosting account and all associated data will be permanently
deleted. We recommend backing up your data before requesting a refund.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve
the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the suspension or termination
of your account.
